Neena is a keen explorer & expert practitioner of ‘Applied Behavioural Science’. She is an accomplished Coach & Consultant for individual & organizational generative learning & growth. She consults for Dialogic Learning & OD, and designs & facilitates Leadership Learning Programs that help client systems accomplish their generative potential.

Neena is an internationally acknowledged expert in ‘Appreciative Inquiry’. She is trained & certified by ‘Appreciative Inquiry’ co-creators, Prof(s) David Cooperrider & Ronald E. Fry at Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University (WSOM-CWRU), USA. She is WSOM-CWRU designated Faculty for AI Foundation(Part 1), Supervisor for Fieldwork (Part 2) & Co-Faculty for AI Certificate Course (Part 3) for India & surrounding region.

Neena has developed AI application frameworks – MARG (Appreciative Reframing of Shadow Experience); VALUE Leadership; SIGMA (7i Generative Mandala) Change Process ; Generative Inquiry; and IDEA (AI inspired Coaching). All her frameworks are published, practiced & recognised at international level. Neena has served on International Advisory Board at ‘World Appreciative Inquiry Conference’ 2015 & 2012.

Neena is an ICF-credentialed PCC level Executive Coach. She is trained & certified in ‘Appreciative Inquiry’ by Professors David Cooperrider & Ron Fry (Co-creators of Appreciative Inquiry) at CWRU, OH, USA. She is certified MBTI, HOGAN & EUM-I professional, and Master Practitioner of NLP. She is an accredited Sensitivity Trainer & Professional Member of NTL Institute, USA & ISABS (served on Board & ODCP-AC). Neena earned her doctorate in ‘Organization Behaviour & Development’ from University of Delhi. She is an alumnus of SRCC & Delhi School of Economics (with University prize), University of Delhi. She brings meaningful experience across Industry (IOCL), Consulting, Advisory & Academia.

Neena writes & edits extensively. Her book “Appreciative Inquiry: Practitioners’ Guide for Generative Change and Development” is well received by the OD Practitioners community world-wide. She has designed & lead-edited Nov 2016 (Theme – Coaching for Transcendence) & Feb 2013 (Theme – AI & India) issues of ‘Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner’ (only AI Journal).
